the price is quite cheap

cleanliness, and if it's been more than a day, house keeping doesn't clean the room, doesn't change the towels and doesn't give water again. breakfast is just pop noodles.

Very nice and well kept common areas, room was well equipped, even if everything is a little bit old.

Room and bathroom needed renovation! Even if bedsheets were clean (with few stains), room wasn't clean at all, bathroom even worse. Room was not fitting to the clean and nice common areas. And a cup of pop-noodles, not even serving coffee or tea, is not what I would call a breakfast. Would have rated 3 points better, but dishonest offering is a no-go.
